MahjongMango makes its products to orders, according to the design, size, and other products specifications, requested by the buyer. We assume full responsibility for delivering your product undamaged, as described per product page, and made according to the specifications you, as buyer requested, when placing an order.
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, not as described or in different modifications to what you, as buyer requested, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations and order modifications
We accept cancellations and requests for order modification within 12 hours after the order is placed. After that window, the item goes into production and we cannot guarantee we would be able to cancel or modify your order once that happens.
